Policies and Procedures

Quarry Bank Children’s Centre is committed to the safeguarding of children, parents and staff at all times and follows Dudley MBC policy in relation to employment including safer recruitment of staff and many more.

To ensure our duty to the safety and well-being of everyone involved with the Centre, we follow robust policies and procedures.

Full copies of all policies and procedures can be seen upon request from the Administration officer

Child Protection

The Centre has a duty to ensure that no child is wilfully harmed. If we have a concern about a child we follow procedures determined by Dudley Safeguarding Children Board.

Procedures are dealt with by our designated Child Protection Officers

Sometimes a referral to Dudley Children’s Services Social Care Team is required:

Complaints Procedures

The Centre works hard to ensure that services are satisfactory to all. However if there are concerns then a complaints policy is in place to help you voice your dissatisfaction. This can be downloaded below.

Sometimes we are unaware of a problem so please let us know if there is and we will endeavour to put things right if we can.

The Centre Manager operates an open door policy and welcomes discussions to overcome any potential issues.
